AirHint Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 August 2026

1. Who we are

AirHint is operated by Favencia OÜ, Anne 71-34, Tartu 50704, Estonia (registry code 12775083, VAT EE102635784). In these terms, "AirHint", "we" and "us" mean that company, and "you" means you.

By using AirHint or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

2. What AirHint does

AirHint predicts whether the price of a flight is likely to rise or fall, and tells you whether we think you should buy now or wait. We also search for flights and link you to airlines and travel agents who sell them.

We do not sell flights. When you book, you leave AirHint and buy from an airline or a travel agent. Your contract for the flight is with them, not with us, and their terms apply to it. We are not a party to that purchase and cannot change, cancel or refund it.

3. Predictions are estimates, not promises

Our predictions are produced by statistical models from historical and current price data. They are our best estimate of what is likely to happen. They are not guarantees.

Prices are set by airlines and can change at any time, for reasons no model can see. A price we predicted would fall may rise. A price we predicted would rise may fall. You should not treat a prediction as advice to buy or not to buy, and you make your own decision about when to book.

4. Your account

You need an account with a verified email address to create price alerts. You are responsible for keeping access to it secure, and for what happens under it.

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings, or at /delete-data.

We may suspend or close an account that is being used to break these terms, to abuse the service, or unlawfully.

5. Notifications

When you create a price alert you are asking us to tell you about price changes for that flight. We send those by email, push notification, or both, depending on what you choose. You can stop any alert at any time.

We make reasonable efforts to send notifications promptly, but we cannot guarantee delivery or timing. Notifications depend on email providers, app stores, mobile networks, device settings and your own connection, none of which we control. A notification may be delayed, or may not arrive.

Marketing email is separate and optional. We only send it if you have asked us to, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

6. Priority Alert

Priority Alert is a paid, one-off upgrade to a single price alert. When you buy it, we check that flight's price more often than we otherwise would, so that you are told about a change sooner.

Some things to be clear about:

  • It applies to one alert. It is not a subscription, it does not renew, and it does not apply to your other alerts. Buying it for another alert is a separate purchase.
  • It does not make prices fall. It does not improve the prediction, get you a better fare, or give you access to prices other people cannot see. It checks more often. That is all it does.
  • We do not promise a particular checking frequency, and we may change how often we check.
  • Section 5 still applies. More frequent checking does not guarantee that a notification arrives, or arrives in time to act on.
  • Priority checking begins immediately on purchase. See section 7.

If we stop offering Priority Alert, alerts already upgraded continue until they end normally.

7. Payment and refunds

Priority Alert is sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device. The payment is taken by Apple or Google, not by us, and the price shown to you is the one set for your country and currency in their store.

Priority checking starts as soon as the purchase goes through.

We do not process refunds. Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, and you should ask them. If a refund is granted, we remove priority from that alert; the alert itself continues as an ordinary alert.

If you stop a priority alert yourself, it stops. That does not entitle you to a refund, and we do not treat it as a request for one.

8. Availability

We try to keep AirHint available and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including features you are using.

Flight data, prices and availability come from third parties. They can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong, and we do not control them.

9. Where our responsibility ends

We build AirHint carefully and we want it to work well for you. But it is a tool that estimates something genuinely uncertain, using data we get from other people, delivered over networks none of us control. It will sometimes be wrong, and sometimes it will be late.

So, to be straightforward about it: we can't take responsibility for the decisions you make with it, or for what a flight ends up costing you. If a price rises before you book, if an alert reaches you later than you'd have liked, or if a fare disappears while you were waiting — we're sorry, and we would rather that hadn't happened, but it isn't something we can be liable for.

Where we are liable, our responsibility is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before. For most people that is nothing at all, and for someone who has bought Priority Alert it is the price of what they bought.

None of this affects your rights as a consumer under the law where you live, and nothing here limits our responsibility for things the law does not allow us to limit.

10. Your data

How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will tell you — by email or in the app — before it takes effect. Continuing to use AirHint after that means you accept the updated terms.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Estonia. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you can bring proceedings there.
